1οΈβ£ Carbon Credit Staking Rewards β Distributed
Carbon Credit staking rewards for Q4 2025 have been successfully distributed to Platinum members. Each eligible member received 4 carbon credits, marking a strong close to last year and a positive start to 2026.
2οΈβ£ Google Cloud Migration β Official Kickoff
IMPT is entering a long-term partnership with Google Cloud, with migration officially locked and scheduled to begin shortly.
The move will run over an 8β12 week internal delivery cycle, backed by two years of sponsored Google Cloud credits, covering AI and infrastructure needs. This is a complex but high-upside transition that positions IMPT for long-term scale, performance, and credibility.
3οΈβ£ Hotel Expansion β New Supply in Discussion
We are currently in active discussions with two new hotel providers to expand inventory and improve availability. These additions are focused on quality coverage and improved booking reliability rather than volume alone.
4οΈβ£ Carbon Credit Partner Update
Weβve decided to discontinue discussions with one carbon credit provider due to concerns around project quality and transparency. At the same time, we are actively reviewing alternative carbon credit projects that meet IMPTβs standards for credibility, traceability, and real-world impact.
5οΈβ£Country Management β 2026 Strategy Aligned
The second Country Owners call was held this week, aligning on 2026 objectives, execution priorities, and expansion strategy.
Key progress includes:
Two additional African countries in the pipeline, expected to close by end of week or early next week
Continued momentum in Mexico, Catalonia, and other active regions
Refined lead-generation strategy focused on ICP quality over volume
Ongoing collaboration with the Ghana Country Manager on planning an IMPT conference in Africa, with details expected next week
6οΈβ£ B2B Update β Pipeline Strengthening
B2B efforts are shifting toward higher-quality conversion strategies, with improved segmentation, targeted outreach, and LinkedIn engagement. Commercial contract structures and corporate travel templates are in development, with focus firmly on long-term, recurring B2B relationships rather than volume-driven outreach.
7οΈβ£ Tech Update β Core Stability & Fixes Deployed
This week focused on resolving critical platform issues:
Key hotel search defects identified, fixed, and deployed to production (validation ongoing)
Improvements underway for sign-in/sign-up flows, B2B access logic, and ownership clarity
Some hotel search behaviour remains influenced by third-party systems, but internal fixes have significantly improved result accuracy and reliability
Overall platform stability has improved, with tighter coordination across mobile, frontend, and B2B systems.
8οΈβ£ Platinum Call β January 15th
