We believe that making a contribution to the environment should be affordable to anyone regardless of whether or not an individual or organisation is capable of purchasing carbon credits. More than 10,000 of the biggest retailers around the world will join IMPT with over 2 billion individual projects.
We want to help each person not only offset their carbon footprint but also measure their impact. Therefore, we will establish the first global loyalty program that verifies how impactful we all are.

Denis Creighton is Chief Executive Officer of IMPT, a carbon-offsetting ecosystem designed to connect global retail brands with socially responsible individuals and businesses seeking to reduce their carbon footprint. A seasoned entrepreneur, Denis has over 30 years of experience in the technology industry, with extensive experience in the financial services sector, business process outsourcing, and telecommunications services. Denis co-created IMPT with a lasting vision in mind, to help both businesses and individuals achieve a lower carbon footprint and to contribute to global sustainable development through everyday actions.
Mike English, CTO and Co-Founder of IMPT
Mike English is Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of IMPT, a carbon-offsetting ecosystem designed to connect global retail brands with socially responsible individuals and businesses seeking to reduce their carbon footprint. Mike has a reputable history in the technology industry with over 25 years of experience and has held positions at Google, Oracle, and Tesco. Mike is now demonstrating his expertise within decentralized technologies by underpinning IMPT's vision of accessible and sustainable global development.
Hugh Phelan, CLO of IMPT
Hugh Phelan is Chief Legal Officer of IMPT, a carbon-offsetting ecosystem designed to connect global retail brands with socially responsible individuals and businesses seeking to reduce their carbon footprint. Hugh oversees all aspects of regulatory compliance in relation to blockchain and smart contracts on behalf of IMPT to ensure that values and company ethos align. Principal of Phelan Solicitors and Head of Compliance, Corporate, Commercial and Conveyancing, and Business Transactions firms for the past 11 years, Hugh has extensive experience in corporate law. Hugh holds a diploma in Commercial Litigation from the Law Society of Ireland and a second diploma in Notary Law from the Faculty of Notaries Public in Ireland.
Lorna Mason CFO, IMPT
Very experienced accountant, with background as Group Finance Director with major listed multinationals in a variety of industries including Tech, Pharma & manufacturing. More recently, following completing an MBA, she has combined her strong accounting basics with her entrepreneurial flair to become a serial business builder both for herself and for a range of young, high growth companies in a variety of sectors, across both MNC and indigenous environments Broad experience across a number of industries in US, EMEA, UK and Ireland Particular strengths in management accounting and process improvement
