1️⃣ Country Ownership – Ghana Deal Finalized.
We’ve officially closed the Ghana Country, marking a significant milestone as our first Country Owner outside of the existing community. This partner brings strong resources, deep regional networks, and the capability to help us expand across all 52 African countries, with potential reach into parts of the Middle East during 2026. This is a major step in validating the country model at scale.
2️⃣ Strategic Cooperation – LOI Signed
A strategically important Letter of Intent (LOI) has been signed with the Ghana Country Owner. This agreement clearly defines responsibilities, monthly country targets, and execution structure, ensuring alignment, accountability, and consistent delivery as we scale country ownership globally.
3️⃣ Country Pipeline – High-Quality Conversations Ongoing
This week included multiple strong calls with potential Country Owners. These are serious, well-qualified leads and based on current discussions, additional country purchases are expected in January 2026. Interest continues to grow as systems, pricing, and support mature.
4️⃣ Automation & Outreach – Scaling Faster
New automation tools are already improving LinkedIn outreach speed and efficiency, with early signs of better response rates and higher-quality leads. As refinement continues, this will significantly strengthen both country and B2B acquisition in the coming weeks.
5️⃣ B2B Expansion – Pipeline Building Momentum
On the B2B front, 9 new partners were successfully onboarded, with 220 companies now active in the pipeline. There are 40 callbacks scheduled to be completed and early sales have already been generated from newly onboarded partners. Outreach to high-traffic tourism blogs in Spain is also generating responses.
6️⃣ Email Campaigns – Traction Improving
B2B email campaigns are now showing traction, with improved engagement and replies. This channel is beginning to support direct onboarding and follow-ups more effectively as messaging and targeting improve.
7️⃣ Paid Ads – Strong Response & Traffic Growth
Paid ads are delivering significant increases in traffic and inbound interest. Response levels are strong, reinforcing paid acquisition as a key driver supporting both Country Sales and B2B expansion.
8️⃣ Referral Incentive – Ending Soon
The $200 referral incentive is approaching its end and remains valid only through December. This has been a strong driver of engagement, and community members are encouraged to make the most of it before it closes.
🔮 Looking Ahead – Strong Foundations for 2026
With Ghana secured, a structured country expansion framework in place, growing B2B momentum, and paid acquisition performing strongly, IMPT is entering 2026 with solid foundations. The focus remains on execution, quality partnerships, and scalable growth across countries and businesses worldwide.
Let’s keep building — step by step, country by country. 🌍💚
