☁️ Google Cloud – Strong Turnaround & Final Sprint
* Latest Google Cloud test sprints came in very strong, with major improvements in speed and migration performance.
* Earlier slowdowns were within the Google test environment, but this week’s results show clear progress and stability.
* Google Cloud credits are being officially assigned next week.
* IMPT moves into its final sprint phase in early March with Google Cloud.
* Excellent work delivered by AJ and the wider migration team to stabilise and optimise performance.
🔎 Platform & Search Enhancements
* New search and taxonomy updates deployed to improve algorithm efficiency.
* Initial results show improved speed and cleaner search logic.
* Continued optimisation underway to ensure stronger discovery and booking accuracy as changes bed in.
💼 Sales Focus – B2B & B2C Acceleration
The entire company is aligned behind one priority: Sales, Sales, Sales.

* Agent training materials are fully complete and available for anyone joining the structure.

* New B2C affiliate link technology launching next week.
* Enables tracking, performance monitoring, and scaling across the B2C network.
* Influencer program kicks off next week to drive measurable B2C growth.
* Relationships with Google, TikTok, and Meta remain active under the broader strategy.
* Potential program engagement in March to further assist B2B and B2C scaling.
🌍 Africa Strategy, Conference & Carbon Expansion
Africa Country Managers Conference
*Conference planned for Dar Es Salaam (early March window – final date being confirmed).
*Target: Engage 52 Country Managers.
*Objective: Two full days focused on selling and structuring country ownership across Africa.
*We also aim to view already tokenised carbon offset projects in Zanzibar exploring entry into IMPT via new country managers.
*Next Africa planning meeting scheduled for 4PM tomorrow (Saturday).
*Denis, alongside our CFO and closing team, will now take a more direct role in country negotiations.
*B2B push into Africa will also be integrated during the conference, with agent recruitment starting next week.
Africa is becoming increasingly strategic for IMPT.
Huge thanks to Stu for potentially onboarding two new carbon credit companies this week.
*They are currently tidying operational elements before full integration.
*Strong update from Kassim regarding carbon projects in Zanzibar.
A more strategic rollout is being structured across:
