Parts of IMPT infrastructure are now live on Google Cloud.
Speed and system agility have improved significantly compared to earlier test phases.
Approximately 50% of Google Cloud credits have now been fully applied.
Migration continues in stages as additional components are transitioned.
Working relationship with Google Cloud remains active and constructive as optimisation continues.
This remains an ongoing infrastructure shift, with further improvements expected as migration progresses.
🔎 Platform & Search Enhancements
Additional search and taxonomy improvements were deployed this week.
Overall search performance has improved again, with better response times and structure.
Further refinements are planned over the coming weeks to continue strengthening discovery logic.
💼 Sales Focus – B2B Platform Expansion
The company remains focused on sales execution across both B2B and B2C.
The new B2B platform is now active with over 30 sales agents in place.
The dashboard is functioning well and tracking performance effectively.
A growing number of companies are being introduced to the IMPT concept for the first time through the B2B structure.
Continued focus on increasing the number of active agents.
New call centre activity (Asia-based) is scheduled to be announced at the end of the month to support sales outreach.
🛒 B2C Growth & Dashboard Completion
The B2C dashboard was completed this week.
Increased visibility into performance and tracking for consumer-side activity.
A steady flow of new customers are hearing about IMPT for the first time.
Retail continues progressing with additional brands being onboarded.
Ongoing hotel supply push to improve global options and pricing.
🔗 Influencer & Affiliate Activity
The micro-influencer program officially kicked off this week with San and the new team.
Further expansion is expected as additional creators are onboarded.
Affiliate tracking systems remain active and continue supporting B2C scaling.
🌍 Africa Strategy & Country Activity
The next Africa strategy session takes place this Saturday, with the CEO and CFO directly involved in advancing negotiations.
Continued progress toward the Africa Country Managers Conference.
An official event calendar for Africa activities will be released in the coming weeks.
Focus remains on structured country expansion and deal progression.
💎 Platinum & Web3 VC Update
Denis will provide a full VC update next week.
An update on Web3 VC engagement and planned activity over the coming months will also be shared during the Platinum Call.
The next Platinum call is scheduled for 27th February at 5PM.
Continuation of Platinum rewards will be addressed during the call.
A significant increase in Country Manager rewards is also planned to be outlined during that session.
👥 Team Growth & Execution
Sales agent recruitment continues.
Internal structures are stabilizing across B2B, B2C, and country operations.
Focus remains on disciplined execution and measurable delivery.
