IMPT has officially secured a long-term partnership with Google Cloud, marking a major strategic milestone for our infrastructure, AI capabilities, and global credibility.
Google Cloud will also provide ongoing visibility and PR support, including a feature from Google Cloud Ireland — a strong endorsement for IMPT’s roadmap.
2️⃣ Migration to Google Cloud – January 5th Start Date
The migration from AWS to Google Cloud is now locked in for January 5th.
This will be an 8–12 week migration cycle, handled fully by IMPT’s internal development team.
Key benefits include:
* 2 years of sponsored Google Cloud credits covering AI + infrastructure
* Significant long-term cost efficiency
* Strong technical foundation for scale
* Enhanced performance across all IMPT systems
This is a complex delivery, but it positions IMPT for long-term success.
3️⃣ B2B & Country Dashboards – Phase 1 Complete
The first phase of the B2B and Country dashboards is now complete.
These upgrades give partners clearer visibility, stronger data insights, and smoother onboarding — a crucial step as B2B and Country ownership continue to grow rapidly.
4️⃣ New AI Sales Strategy – Launched
IMPT has officially kicked off a new AI-driven sales strategy designed to improve targeting, increase conversion, and support faster scaling across both B2B and Country programs.
This strategy will evolve further during the Google Cloud migration.
5️⃣ Meta Ads Launched to Boost B2B & Country Sales
Meta Ads are now live and specifically optimized to accelerate both B2B and Country sales.
Early indicators show strong engagement and improved funnel quality, helping bring more qualified businesses and potential partners into the ecosystem.
6️⃣ Tech Updates – New Dashboards & UI/UX Improvements
We also improved the overall UI/UX across the platform this week, including upgrades to the Corporate Travel and Country Owner pages, along with enhancements to both dashboards. These updates deliver a cleaner experience, better navigation, and stronger usability for all partners.
7️⃣ Country Sales Update – Ghana is in Final Stage.
A strong week for Country Sales:
✔ Ghana is expected to close very soon.
✔ Mexico is also in Early stage.
Momentum continues to build globally as more regions move into late-stage discussions.
