1️⃣ Country Management – Pipeline Strengthening
Country expansion work continued with a focus on quality over volume. Lead generation partners were evaluated through multiple discovery calls, with tailored proposals now under review. Active conversations with potential country partners progressed around ownership structure, regions, pricing, and onboarding, while internal pipeline prioritisation focused on high-intent opportunities only.
2️⃣ Country Platform Quality & Conversion Improvements
The country map and related pages were audited alongside the tech team. Bugs, dead links, and regional display issues were resolved to improve accuracy, trust, and conversion. Sales and onboarding materials were also refined to ensure clearer positioning and stronger consistency across all country-level conversations.
3️⃣ Google Cloud Migration – Phase 1 Progress
Cloud migration activities moved forward into Phase 1, with a controlled rollout focused on stability and long-term performance. This remains a complex but strategic transition that underpins IMPT’s scalability, AI capabilities, and infrastructure reliability moving forward.
4️⃣ SaaS & B2B Infrastructure Development
Core SaaS APIs are now completed and ready for integration and testing. SaaS model implementation is actively underway, alongside updates to B2B plans, entitlement rules, and billing logic to ensure full alignment across UI, backend, and commercial structure.
5️⃣ Tech Updates – Platform Stability & Booking Fixes
Several critical improvements were deployed this week:
Hotel search reliability improved across the app
Multi-room booking flow corrected on app and web
Country pricing now updates correctly once regions are sold
Checkout now blocks unavailable regions
Admin issue affecting stacking rewards resolved
Overall platform stability has improved, with tighter coordination across mobile, frontend, and B2B systems.
6️⃣ B2B Growth – Appointment Setting & Commercial Support
To support B2B scaling, Elite Setters EU has been onboarded to assist with high-quality appointment setting. A commission-based framework was created to expand outreach capacity without increasing fixed costs. Additional appointment-setting partners across the EU, USA, Canada, and Dubai are currently being explored.
7️⃣ Chamber of Commerce & Events Progress
Productive discussions continued with the Dublin Chamber of Commerce around upcoming IMPT events. Venue options and costs were reviewed, and a formal proposal is now being prepared. Additional chamber outreach and event opportunities are also being explored to strengthen B2B visibility and partnerships.

Social activity remains consistent and on-brand, supporting country and B2B awareness. Engagement continues steadily across platforms, reinforcing IMPT’s positioning around sustainability, travel, and long-term impact without chasing short-term spikes.
