We are thrilled to share the exciting progress we’ve made at IMPT during the month of July. Our teams have been working tirelessly to enhance user experiences, expand our reach globally, and pave the way for successful marketing efforts. Here are the key highlights:


  1. Improved User Experience: We’ve dedicated significant efforts to refine both the desktop and app user experiences. Thanks to these efforts, navigating our platforms has become smoother and more intuitive, ensuring a seamless interaction for all users. We will continue to improve the user experience in the following months.


  1. Region Delivery Milestone: The region delivery initiative has been progressing remarkably well. We have achieved an impressive 80% completion rate in delivering regions. This accomplishment is crucial as we must finalise this process before commencing full outbound marketing campaigns.


  1. Expanding Global Presence: We are delighted to announce that our online shopping capabilities have expanded substantially. Initially, we could sell products in 50 countries, but now, we can deliver products and carbon credits to a whopping 182 countries worldwide. This achievement marks a significant milestone in our journey to globalise IMPT and cater to customers from all corners of the globe.


  1. Enhanced Chat Services: To support decision-makers better, we have introduced live chat services across all platforms. This means you can now access real-time assistance and support whenever needed.


  1. Retail Team Advancements: Our retail team has grown steadily, devising innovative strategies to promote IMPT’s products and offerings. We are thrilled to witness the success of these efforts, with retailers now reaching out to us proactively.


  1. Offline Retailer Maps and Directions: As part of our commitment to serving customers offline, we are set to launch new maps and directions for in-country retailers by the end of July. This development will further enhance our in-country retail presence.
